Anthony Bourdain

We are currently sitting in the living room watching Anthony Bourdain's "No Reservations" (all-new season on the Travel Channel). He is in Beijing eating duck and drinking Chinese firewater. Poor ducky... oh my goodness... the ducks... eww. I don't want to tell you what I am seeing. There is no way I'm going to eat a duck now.

Well, the duck that you have roasted for Sunday lunch in England is probably of better quality than anything you would be served in China.

As long as I don't meet the duck before I eat it.

I very much doubt that you would.

The only problem with cooking duck is that you cannot leave it to roast. It is so oily that you have to keep an eye on it, in case it lights up.

Oh good heavens... you watch the duck then. I don't know if I can watch. *laughs* Just kidding. I'll be okay.
