Whom Do I Have?

When my future looks bleak
And my life closes in,
When I can no longer smile
Or put on a grin,

You remind me, O Lord,
Why I still breathe.
Whom do I have
In heaven but Thee?

Give me strength and courage
To face the coming days.
Give me, Lord, a vision
For I have lost my way.

Nice Poem.
A modern version of Psalms 73:25 - Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.

That's the Psalm that inspired me. One of my favorites.

God and nature are the dominant themes in my poetry.

Thanks, Sarah! You'll get the first book!

Don't lompsters inspire you? I can think of a funny poem or Lompster Haiku for example.
